Domestic orders within Thailand typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International shipping to Singapore and Vietnam takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@wallloom.com. After production has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through our shipping partner's website.

Artists earn a competitive commission on every sale of their work. Exact rates depend on your agreement and are discussed during the onboarding process.
Yes, you retain full copyright and ownership of your original artwork. You grant Wallloom a licence to reproduce and sell prints of your work as outlined in our artist agreement.

Keep your framed print away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean the glazing gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners directly on the frame or print surface.
