Returns

We want you to love your art. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy to return or exchange your order.

Our Return Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return any art purchased on Wallloom for a full refund.

We do not refund original delivery charges or cover the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for purchase, excluding any delivery fees paid.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at hello@wallloom.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2.Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the address provided.

4.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted. If a late return is received, we may redeliver the item at the customer’s expense.
