Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the Asia Pacific region and Japan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and chosen delivery speed.

Processing Times

Processing time is in addition to the delivery estimate above. Orders are processed Monday – Friday.

  • Posters & unframed prints: 1–2 business days
  • Framed prints & canvas: 3–5 business days
  • Custom & oversized orders: 5–7 business days

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Unframed prints are shipped flat or in protective cardboard tubes. Framed items are secured with corrugated inserts and corner protectors.

Oversized or custom orders may require special packaging — we’ll reach out if additional arrangements are needed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our shipping partner’s website where you can follow your package in real time.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If there’s no update or you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@wallloom.com and we’ll investigate with our shipping partner right away.
