Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using Wallloom, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms are available in English only.

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Wallloom. "You" and "your" refer to the user or customer accessing the site or placing an order. "Product" refers to prints, framed items, canvas, and any related goods available on our website.

2. Privacy & Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

3. Ordering

Please review your order carefully before submitting. An order acknowledgment email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We will only accept your order when we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order due to payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or excessive quantities.

4. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product purchased on Wallloom. The return period begins from the date you take physical possession of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Refunds

We do not refund original delivery charges or cover the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. Products must arrive undamaged and in their original packaging.

6. Delivery

We deliver across the Asia Pacific region and Japan. Deliveries are handled by third-party shipping partners.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, PromptPay, and TrueMoney. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

8. Product Quality

All products are produced to a high standard using museum-quality materials. However, minor variations in size and colour may occur due to the nature of printing and the differences between display monitors.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the final printed product. This is not considered a defect.

9. Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us at hello@wallloom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their original artwork. Wallloom holds a licence to reproduce and sell prints as outlined in individual artist agreements.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

If you are a consumer based outside of Thailand, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.
